1) We ask that you fill out the 'Request A Quote' form before emailing or telephoning us to ask questions. We will send a quote for repairs as soon as possible. Upon receiving your quote via email, you will be instructed to follow the shipping instructions on the shipping page of our website. Payment instructions are also on our website. Alterations quotes can also be furnished via the Quote form on our 'Request a Quote' page.  The Quote form enables us to have a record of inquiries to cross reference with suits received, that we do not have if inquiries are made over the phone or just via random email.
